I keep production systems running, and automate the work that used to be manual.

I build and operate the integrations that connect business systems to WhatsApp — billing, invoices, PIX — and the AI agents that handle support for them 24/7. Currently a Technical Operations Analyst, with a strong base in Python and TypeScript, I work end to end: from API design to what keeps running after deploy. No excess — just well-structured, tested code doing a real job.
